How the hell was there a referral for prosecution for McCabe in the first report, but nothing like that in this one ? They hid facts in chapter 2 that they admitted to in chapter 1. Something wrong there.

Where does this leave Huber / Grand Jury / 30 K indictments ? Are these things actually real ?"

Two good things taken from the IG Report for now,

1) Comey needed to be fired.
2) Comey did obstruct justice.

We've got to get back to grinding on the Fisa warrant, etc.

That, and taking this report apart and holding accountable the folks' in power and their response to it.
Well that is a total crock. Whining that the investigation did not yield the results I expected.

I could but I will not. These issues are pretty interesting and if you want to play you need to understand.

Again there are two issues and they are quite different. And until you are clear on how that works you should avoid this discussion.

Default Love the bit about the DOJ lawyer sending the "heads up" email to Podesta while he's

lobbying the HRC campaign for a job for his son while he's also involved in the HRC email investigation:

IG report: DOJ official sought Clinton campaign job for son, then shared case info with Podesta | Fox News

There you go again. You don't get to decide who can take part in discussions or determine that your position is the only one worthy of understanding. If that were so then this issue would not be a controversy and there would have been no investigation. If only the entities involved had listened to lvmensch we could have avoided the whole situation. The fact that they are two different issues is irrelevant.

For Example... Barack Obama lie... Go to page 425.

Inspector General Report...

"FBI analysts and Prosecutor 2 told us that former president Barack Obama was one of the 13 individuals with whom Clinton had direct contact using her clintonemail.com account..."

Whining? We ain't spoiled on this side of the aisle.

It is all whining. When the IG referred criminal charges on McCabe you rejoiced.

In the second investigation no criminal charges were found and now you whine. You dont want an investigation you want a witch hunt.

There's a lot in this to unpack. Some really bad conduct. And on page 420, the reference to bias being more prevalent in the Russian investigation which is not part of the Clinton email investigation.

There is more coming and we don't know what Huber has been referred and what he may pursue.

So the Republican Administration wasn't able to find anything concrete to charge Comey or any of the other FBI agents. Once again, nothing to stick

The IG is an Obama appointee.

There's always something. If Trump was concerned about the fact that the IG couldn't come up with a fair report he should have said something before the report was released. But now since the report doesn't fit your narrative and his it must be because there's a bias
