Funny, I don't recall so many people talking about how creepy Trump was when he was on a hit tv show, The Apprentice, for years. I seem to recall people admiring his business skills and generous charity on the show.
The sad reality is that whenever liberals lose the presidency, they just look for any way to put down the president. Bush was constantly trashed and compared to a money. I have no doubt that if Cruz or Rubio had won, there would be posts about how creepy or weird they look or act.
I never watched The Apprentice. I paid no attention whatsoever to Trump until July 2016 when he won the Republican nomination. I was shocked at how deranged he seemed.

Really? This certainly is not new. They've been talking about him being creepy for years in NY where he lived and worked. The Apprentice ratings continuously decreased and Trump continuously lied about it. He made creepy comments to others about his daughter, he, in fact fired Carolyn, his first executive judge on the show because she was too independent and attracted to much of the limelight. Then he installed his kids because they know their place and their job is to make him look good while telling him what to do.
As far as his "generosity," it is fairly well-known that Trump is not generous with his own money when it comes to charity, but he did put on a grand act to make it look like he did. He would even host charity dinners that he contributed nothing to, so others would think he was generous. It's all a show with Trump--looks, superficiality, impressing people, and appearing as something he's not. He didn't even write his books. I think it is sad that people fall for his act and lies.
..."Trump's frequent pledges to send money "out of my own wallet" to the charitable institutions chosen by celebrities on his show were later fulfilled by production companies or from his personal nonprofit, the Donald J. Trump Foundation, to which he has no record of contributing to since 2008..."
The link was from the NY Post a Rupert Murdoch publication. I wasn't going to post this, but since the NY Post, a conservative newspaper, saw it newsworthy enough to publish the story why not discuss it.
What is up with these two?
And what father says or suggests such things about his daughter?
There are many things that seem "off" and creepy about Trump to me. Flat, dead eyes, his mannerisms, facial expressions, his flag hugging stunts (does his base actually like this crap?), his whole effect, really. I do not understand how people could have watched and listened to him all throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, and thought that he was in any way fit or qualified to be POTUS. Our country has lost its mind, otherwise this guy wouldn't have gotten more than 1,000 votes.
The first I ever heard of Trump was back in the 1980s when he was getting a lot of publicity as a celebrity real estate developer. Supposedly a big deal maker and people were referring to him as "the Donald". And my immediate impression of the guy was "this guy is nothing but a BS artist". An empty suit. No real talent other than convincing suckers that he was a big shot big deal moneymaker with a Midas touch. You'd think that the suckers would have wised up after his disastrous Atlantic City casino investments went belly up. But no. He becomes a reality TV star and then POTUS. And what we have come to know about him since. His groping of women. Affairs with porn stars. Bizarre comments about his own daughter. Etc., etc. If I had to sum up Trump in three words it would be "creepy con man".

So ...... all of this is from a new book written by a Vanity Fair writer.
It's a Hit Book on Donald Trump and because this writer says this stuff in her book - we are supposed to believe it??
Writers did some of the same stuff against Obama and we didn't believe that.
I guess the difference is the Hysterical Meltdown because the Queen didn't get her crown and all the ObamaLove the Media spoon fed us for almost 10 years.
