What she said was stupid, but encouraging people to tell Trump people they are not welcome does mean she is inciting violence.

FWIW though she does use the word "harass" among others which are much more vague than just telling people they aren't welcome. Again, doesn't meet definition but it's getting close and could cause a nutjob or two to do something violent. Well if it's good enough for Sessions to use to persecute people when theoretically we have separation of church and state, it's probably good enough for waters.

The vast majority of people said it wasn't good enough for Sessions, it blew up in his face, his own church called him out on his statement so............it seems it wasn't good enough for Sessions.

It isn't even just violence, it is the stalking and bullying of individuals. We tell kids how horrible bullying is but then encourage it on adults. To get a crowd of random people surrounding you at a gas station, that is scary. If it isn't random it means they are being stalked - Scary. How did that group that shouted at Sec. Nielsen in the restaurant know she was there- following and stalking her?
