Your comparison would be similar as if somebody got banned out of Internet service because of hate speech. Your argument will be the same: The Internet is a private company, just find another one.
This is censorship, plain and simple.
It won't be censorship until a government entity declines to allow him to speak. Which is not what is happening because "the internet" isn't a utility. Internet SERVICE is a utility.
It is not government run, though.

And before you say, "he only said what he thinks", might I remind you that the left has absolute melt downs over every last word that President Trump utters or posts on Twitter, and declares he's an authoritarian, dictator, traitor, etc. based on what he says. According to the left, every word said has meaning.
Survival of “our democracy” depends on censorship and silencing people we don’t agree with? What happened to support free and open press? I guess that support is only for the select few corporations they approve of.
Have talked to people who never heard of Alex Jones and those that hate him but they all seem to agree that censorship is the wrong thing to do. Sad to see so much support for it on this form.

I mean, if you want to get technical, any time we are not allowed to say and do whatever we want wherever we want? It is censorship.
So, when I don't get to yell at the library? Censorship. When your grandma says you cannot swear loudly at her dinner table? Censorship.
YouTube has their own Terms of Service. Alex Jones was violating them. YouTube decided to pull the plug on him and it was 100% within their rights.
Just like Grandma stopping you from cursing like a sailor while she served your Sunday dinner.
It was her house and her table.
And her food.
You were free, however, to eat food somewhere else.
And Alex Jones is free to use the Internet... somewhere other than YouTube.

Again, if they make the claim that it was because he violated TOS, then they need to show everyone that they are also going after antifa, pedophiles, and others who are promoting violence, hate, and harm to other people.

I only care what I think. If I want the opinions of people who self identify right or left, I will ask them not people on the other side who want to smear them.
Trumps tweets, while often laughably and abysmally stupid, are his opinions and he is allowed by Twitter to post them on their platform. Likewise, this guys opinions are also allowed on the platform by twitter.
