Explain. I don't get your point. How does the fact that celebrities and politicians are calling for AJ's banning from Twitter though Jack Dorsey has said he hasn't violated TOS equate to people not wanting him banned from YT?
Denial of a domain registration illustrates exactly what the Cloudflare CEO was referring to. There is limited amount of accredited domain registrars and if everyone of them deny you service you are effectively denied the ability to be on the Internet in any normal sense. This should never happen to anyone, ever.
So why couldn't a domain do that if the content was that egregious? We're not talking about someone posting lies about celebrities, we are talking about a white supremacist website that openly laughed at woman killed during a counter-protest to an assembly of white supremacist groups and others who think Confederate statues are verboten. That is key here. It wasn't just I don't agree politically with Daily Stormer or Alex Jones, they are dangerous, either they lampoons a dead girl or call parents of shooting victims crisis actors and call to bug them.
Fyi, If there was a server that was fine with that hate speech, fine and if I knew who did it I would choose business elsewhere.
