Our laws state that anyone has the legal right to ask for asylum in our country. Sending someone back before due process is against the law. We have to respect our rule of law for everyone. We don't get to cherry pick based on emotional thinking and hate. Like it or not. It is what is is.
The premise that anyone nominated by a Democrat is a “leftist, activist judge” (and the converse for anyone nominated by Republicans) is so simplistically moronic that anyone espousing this view should be sent to a special school to learn basic reasoning skills.
Its amusing how much the typical leftist DOESN'T know. So can you tell me why if Trump and Putin have a bromance we put MORE sanctions on Russia today?

We know more about him than the fact that he was appointed by Clinton. We know that he issued this insane ruling that shows that he is a far-left activist judge.
The unelected “judge” has no power to make such a ruling. Congress needs to officially limit these judges to hearing contract and personal injury cases.
Why the hell is the ACLU involved? I thought they were supposed to be protecting the civil liberties of Americans..
