seriously, that's delusional.

you honestly believe that a lawyer plead guilty to multiple felony charges instead of having the case thrown out for lack of standing/jurisdiction.

Get a grip and realize the left is being duped by propaganda in media and the idiot Lanny Davis. He will be in Hillary's house soon doing coke off the kitchen table.
If someone pleads guilty to a crime, that is affirming that whatever evidence the prosecution already has regarding the claim is accepted by the defendant as accurate.

So clearly there is evidence or Cohen wouldn’t have pleaded guilty.

Actually the allocation documents that Rachel Maddow was showing last night mentioned there is proof--not just a recording--of money from the Trump corporation to Cohen to cover for at least one of these payoffs
Money from the CORPORATION--not Trump's personal bank account--
That is why it is a crime
And the fact that an illegal payment came from the CORPORATION's account likely means Trump Corp is going to be served with supoena for documentation for this and any other campaign money violations...

There are lot of "blogs" out there where people are claiming -- sometimes with proof from small audit samples the Trump campaign turned in to the Federal Election Commission to document its spending--there is ton of money laundering passing through the campaign and into the Trump corporation for bogus expenses
Like paying twice for the same function that a Trump campaign office held or for travel expenses for hotel rooms or meals

There was millions of $$$ running through both those two organizations often handled by the same people doing dual duty....

Look for the Trump corporation---and especially one of the long-time guys working there to be caught up in this plea deal---Cohen mentioned this guy's name specifically on the released tape as someone he would contact for to set up the transfer...

It is interesting what Cohen did...

Yes it could be argued by some the $130,000 was not a campaign expense...

However, Cohen himself admits that it was specifically for the purpose of that campaign.

IE were it not for the campaign the $130,000 would not have been paid.

Trump and his family obviously would not have cared about any claims made unless those claims here his chances of getting votes.
