Well, if one is gay, one probably does not want Pence in charge.

Anyway, that's not the point.

Well, perhaps......but then again, the sword hanging over the heads of a few is not a dull one.

'Liberals' already know what it means to have Pence in charge. They are not driving this bus, as much as you would like to think so. Republicans control all branches of government and they dominate our national security apparatus. Mueller is a lifelong Republican, so is his boss.

'Liberals' did not start this crises, they don't have any conspiratorial role in the creation of this investigation (contrary to the lies being spread by Trump), they just want the people in charge (Republicans) to do the right thing. Of course they will cheer on positive developments.
...

Well, I hope they would be smarter than that, smarter than cheering in the first revolution of 1917, smarter than cheering in the first Iranian revolution.......but.....

Yes and no. He’s willing to go against the Republican establishment to an extent, but he still has the same old policy of trickle down economics, increased military spending, and massive deficits.

You are too alarmist.

Trump is a corrupt amoral con man who is implicated in treason and no one is advocating overthrow of the government. No one is above the law, not even Trump. Asking for justice is not the same as advocating revolution.

Nah, hes a mix of the worst of both parties. Just an opportunist supported by one of the big two. I mean a true 3rd party candidate, multiple 3rd party candidates actually.

Exactly.

He really is more establishment Republican than anything else. He follows the party line, even reversing himself and adopting the Koch brother's fallacies about climate change, while attacking consumer protections, workplace safety and environmental protections. He is a mainline Republican's wet dream.
