There's no reason to have the FBI investigate an allegation that her own alleged witness has debunked.

She felt strongly enough to seek counseling so it appears something did happen.
How do we know she didn't seek counseling, and has been undergoing counseling for years, due to mental illness?

And this uncorroborated allegation reeks of the common divorce war tactics of false accusations of child abuse/molestation to win sole custody.

I think we all know this is about delaying the vote.

Absolutely! The Dems have characteristically behaved terribly throughout this entire procedure. When their hijacking tactics failed, they now have brought out their final card to try to stall and stop the confirmation.

Put up or shut up! The Republicans should ignore them and go ahead and hold the vote.

The vote will happen. He will be confirmed. Republicans will hold the senate. After the first of the year Clarence Thomas will announce his retirement. Trump will seat another young conservative on the court.

I don't see where you got all those details, now its child molestation to win custody. Try to stick to facts we know or provide links to your conspiracy theories.

He may get confirmed if they call for a vote as is, but they will still end up on the losing end of public opinion.

It was a simile. Did that fly way over your head? That's a shame.

And it is indeed fact that the alleged victim's own witness debunked her claim. He said it didn't happen.

Not if she doesn't show up to testify on Monday, as she originally agreed to do. We all know why she changed her mind about doing so... her own witness debunked her claim. He said it didn't happen.

she just walks alone and go to party's of 4 strangers and enters a house alone.

the first question I would ask her is, why write a letter after 4 decades of staying quiet to a Senator and tell her to keep it confidential and you don't want to go public........why write it in the first place and for what purpose, so the Senator puts her in a file?
What I want to know is why is your C-D name “Hellion.” Seems like you must have done a lot of partying at one time, or even now. I have a feeling you are not the proper person to judge anyone’s actions.

Speculation on your part. They said the same thing about Clarence Thomas.
