He already did.

None of the above have confirmed Ford's allegations.

You have it SO wrong it isn't even funny... Get your head out of the sand.

Judge Kavanaugh is certainly qualified on paper but the more that comes out the worse his personal judgement looks. A portion of Republicans just don't believe Ms Ford and the rest just don't seem to think it's much of an issue. While he certainly shouldn't be charged with a crime neither is he much of a role model for deciding what's best for women in the USA. You reap what you sow and what comes around goes around - if Congress wants to push Kavanaugh that bad then they need to be prepared for the probable electoral consequences come November.

That is immaterial to who is or isn’t telling the truth. A person with no real reason to lie could be lying for nothing more than sport, a person whose life is on the line doesn’t necessarily lie despite having everything to lose The more pertinent question is whose words or actions are more likely to be, shall we say, not the truth.

Now the lawyer for the accuser wants to debrief the accused before he knows what he is being charged with. This lawyer and accuser needs to be investigated by the FBI for interupting the lives of Americans. Ablolutely out of bounds. Illegal.

It is interesting though that since the talk of the 'party'.....we are slowly finding out more and more about the culture at the school.

Kavanaugh and fans would have you believe it was a school of high morality, blah blah blah....and we find out -- just let any other high school -- yup.

I went to an all girls' Catholic High School -- the girls weren't saints their either.

This Mark Judge who Ford identified as being there --- wrote a book about the deviant behavior at the school. He was at the school when Kavanaugh was there....lol.

Not saying Kavanaugh is guilty -- but even without any real investigation....little tidbits surfacing that suggest meh -- maybe the picture they painted isn't exactly real life.

It is clear Republicans will vote to confirm no matter what.

That doesn't mean Kavanaugh didn't behave badly at 17.

Let's not pretend that Republic or Democratic voters really care about the moral character of those on their team....as long as they WIN.

We saw Mark Judges letter saying he did not wish to participate in the hearing. He won't even come by to help a fellow Georgetowner?
Staff interviewed Kav. ...uh Sarah Saunders interviewed him along with other "staffers". How official and felony scary...
wow.

And this lady is going to sit in front of a public hearing and answer questions from a bunch of old white republicans who already think she is confused.

Oh she s credible alright and healthy and ready to.kick this cowards ass.

Do it privately then if that is the main reason. The very public nature of the "talking about" is what makes this so suspicious and not credible.

The GOP-led committee will not allow Mark Judge to testify on Monday.

Why?
Again, for the short bus riders ... He already has.

All of this posturing and moving the goalposts by Ford and her attorneys is because if she ever does have to testify, her story will fall apart like wet tissue paper. The witnesses she herself named have denied her "story" via statements to Congress made under penalty of felony.

You DO realize the GOP is letting the Dems hoist themselves on their own petard, no?
