And on Friday McConnell is going to hold his committee vote, regardless of the outcome of any of this. He wants Kavanaugh in there so badly. He knows Kavanaugh will not allow Trump to be indicted, and Trump will take care of his buddy McConnell, et al. when the Russian **it hits the fan. Pardons for all!

And let's not forget the skills of Michael Avenatti. Now that he's involved, that adds another dimension.

Well actually we do know that the "witnesses" to the first alleged incident have all given statements to the Senate Judiciary Committee under penalty of perjury. So far they all denied any knowledge of the alleged incident.
I assume they are working on the same thing for the second allegation.
That's not necessarily so. Two of the people who told talked to the New Yorker in the Ramirez case have wanted their names removed. You can sign anything. I say subpoena them and let them speak.
This strategy of attacking a non-liberal male with accusations of sexual assault is a HIGHLY dangerous game and it is going to come back to haunt these people down the road, perhaps causing harm to someone they love. It makes it so much harder for a true victim to be believed when these lawyers are willing to lie and make deals about things.
Karma--what these lawyers and leaders are putting out into the world will come back to them in some way, farther down the road.
Some women lie about these things. It's a fact. And it is terrible because then it makes all women look deceitful and manipulative. That's why Hillary Clinton lost.
She never earned the respect or trust of the American voters.
Why would it make victims harder to be believed? Why can't people listen to those who say they have been assaulted or abused and just from and opinion on that particular case? Why lump all these people together?
Yes, some women lie, but many more don't. And no, it doesn't make all women look deceitful and manipulative. Unless of course, one has a problem with women in general. Women and men should be looked upon as the individuals that they are.
