"...In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.
As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case...."
So WHY did you leave all that out? Doesn't suit your political agenda? It's part of the very same press release by the very same FBI director. It's ALL Comey's opinion on the case. You just want to cherry pick it. Sorry, but doesn't work that way.
Aside from that, the FBI and the Justice Department could still today charge Hillary - but the heads of both have simply stood by Comey's assessment - likely because it's a weak case against Hillary and in fact doesn't show illegal intent etc (as Comey mentioned). If you disagree with that assessment, tell us where YOU got YOUR law degree. Until then you are just some ignorant poster on the internet - same as everyone else here. You are certainly entitled to your opinion of course, it's just not worth anything.
(DOJ) admitted in a court filing last night that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court held no hearings on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) spy warrant applications
āIt is disturbing that the FISA courts rubber-stamped the Carter Page spy warrants and held not one hearing on these extraordinary requests to spy on the Trump team,ā said Tom Fitton. āPerhaps the court can now hold hearings on how justice was corrupted by material omissions that Hillary Clintonās campaign, the DNC, a conflicted Bruce Ohr, a compromised Christopher Steele, and anti-Trumper Peter Strzok were all behind the āintelligenceā used to persuade the courts to approve the FISA warrants that targeted the Trump team.ā
Not a rubber stamp a repeat stamp to continue following Carter Page...hearings as you suggest don't ever happen anyway.
Look, its clear the methodical way in which trump is executing his witch hunt is by the order of Putin. He probobly was standing at that podium with the list of names Putin wanted taken out ,right there in his pocket.
No one in the White House is his deep throat. It s Putin.
And please extraordinary request to spy???
Trumps a walking talking compromised conflicted anti American.
Trump is the only player of disgrace as an American traitor at the very least for turning on Americans in speech and deed in favor of Russian friends.
At worst ...we will find out in due time.
Trump will not survive this and all those harmed by his abuse of power will be reinstated at hopefully not too much cost to the taxpayer.
Bruce Ohr warned FBI that Steele had credibility problems. The bureau forged ahead
Mr. Ohr revealed Tuesday that he verbally warned the FBI that its source had a credibility problem, alerting the bureau to Mr. Steele’s leanings and motives. He also informed the bureau that Mrs. Ohr was working for Fusion and contributing to the dossier project.
Mr. Ohr informed the bureau that Mrs. Ohr was working for Fusion, getting paid and contributing to the dossier project.
Three crimes. Mr. Ohr was filing a false gov. report, not totally his work product, fraud and bribery.
Back channel Bruce Ohr named 6 people he informed about is activities with the dosser and Mueller's lead lawyer Weissmann was one of the six. Aware of these crimes he continued to use the information and work of Ohr.
What happen to Back Channel Bruce was he arrested for his crimes ?
What's happening to those who knew of these crimes and use his work anyway becoming criminals themselves ?
Are we expected to believe they handcuffed and arrested themselves ?
DAG Rosenstein, what is his responsibility and involvement?

I was waiting for someone to read the link.
Then post the corrupt opinion of those involved in the cover-up.
Anyone believe the DOJ is going to indict itself when all they have do is be judge and jury then go on their marry way ? If they are willing to give the crimes of Hillary a pass, giving themselves a pass won't bother them one little bit.
That's an old argument and part of the history of what was happening. Current information that is being pried out of the DOJ & FBI is putting the whole enchilada together. What we know now are the crimes committed by the top people in the DOJ & FBI.

i believe Ohr " credibility concern" was referring to the Russian intelligence source that stated " Russia had Trump over a barrel " . Which explains why Trump was not immediately arrested , yeah. No rush to judgement as a result. Its all coming out in the wash. You know aka Laundry.
Trumps gotten more of a fair shake at Americas expense then he deserves.
