Information that would have been required to be included. Acts of omission violate FISA court standards, rules, and law would be actions of corruption, bias, and abuse of the system by the DOJ/FBI. BCB Ohr's testimony has been extremely damaging to the dirty birds in the DOJ & Mueller's team.
