Motivation isn't evidence. There might be fifteen people with conceivable motivation--that means nothing without evidence.
And if you have the evidence, you don't need to figure out the motivation.
I'm asking for evidence she intentionally went to and shot this person. There is none that she even knew him or what apartment she was in until after the fact. Stopping being obtuse.

No, you asked for motivation, not evidence.

I asked for evidence of a reason or reasons she would intentionally went to Jean's apartment, enter and shoot him. There is no convincing evidence she would even do that so it's not plausible.
She will play the "I feared for my life" card. Now, even Ted Cruz is defending her. I really hope she doesn't walk away from this with no charges. Not anti cop, just pro accountability. If she does walk, it's simply more affirmation that there's a different set of rules for some people, and cops typically walk on things I'd be sitting in a cell for if I did.
No I don't know and don't believe she noticed the mat.
If she was black and the victim was white, you'd be saying a person would have to be blind not to notice a red mat in a lit hallway, using words like thug, and talking about the evils of affirmative action.

Told you people conservatives will rally behind this cop and demonize Botham Jean. Just keep waiting and see. They are slowly turning Botham Jean into a hardened criminal. By the time the trial starts, the conservative narrative will be Botham Jean shouldn't have been in that apartment and he deserved to get shot. Or something like that.
It does no one any good to charge her with murder 1. That comes off as vengeful to me.
Criminally negligent homicide sounds about right. She should be looking at about 3 to 5 years in the can at best. I’d lean more towards 3 than 5 if she admits her guilt and shows contrition.
Wayyyy back in this thread I noted a number of other cases of negligent homicide, they got around 3-7.
Judge might go a little harder or softer on her depending on if it turns out she was drunk etc. or for being a police officer but it's going to be at least 2 for manslaughter.
All these people getting so far into imagination land without seeing a toxicology report is ridiculous IMO.

If she were black and the victim white you'd be saying it was an innocent mistake that anyone could make after a 15 hour shift .
I did bring up affirmative action and female cops earlier. You must've missed. it
