An early preliminary poll show that the advantage the Democrats had has either evaporated or significantly diminished. Assuming subsequent polling shows the same results, then this stunt by Feinstein has backfired on the Democrats.
The Republicans should release the FBI report in two or three weeks if there is damaging evidence in order to further weaken the Democrats during the midterm elections.
