Obama was a racist coke head but apparently 51% of the country believed he was "up to the task".

Kavanaugh is not unqualified because he got mad, but because he's an unhinged serial liar, who perjured himself. And he didn't perjure himself over something big, like the accusations facing of potential rape, but over little things that he didn't even need to lie about, which leads me to believe he's covering up something bigger, like what happened to Ford and Ramirez and Swetnick.

Only in your eyes -

What on earth does this have to do with a supreme court nominee being questioned on sexual assault and rape before the senate? LOLOLOL

Do you cons ever listen to how ridiculous you sound?
and since I'm a Democrat - what's your comeback???? Not all Democrats believe what you do - we actually do listen to both sides of the story and make up our own minds without the help of the party rhetoric.

When was Obama appointed to the Supreme Court?

Are you implying that the President's position is somehow now as important as a SCOTUS judge?

What? Are you saying he lied about HIS teenage drinking or are you implying that he may have gotten the drinking age law at the time wrong, that he intentionally lied?

Please elaborate.

One is elected for a max of 8 years, the other is appointed for however long they wish to stay or until they die.

One of the two stands to do less harm than the other.

But you have Ginsberg who is obviously biased and you approve of that.

You aren't thinking this through very deeply... one is elected for 4 or 8 years but during that relatively short amount of time they have the power and responsibility to nominate up to 9 SCOTUS judges if the positions come up open (due to death or retirement). Donald Trump in essence could replace the entire 9 member court and those 9 judges could serve for 50 years.

These pretty much say it all. 80 to 90% of late Baby Boomers/Early Gen-Xers drank in high school. I certainly drank my fair share as an under 18 (though not nearly as much as other people in my class).

The issue is the allegations of sexual assault. Keep in mind he was 17 years old at the time, which is PLENTY old enough to know that rape/sexual assault of that type is outrageous and inexcusable even by early 1980s standards. Plus the Yale stuff.

Isn't getting off on fighting considered a warning sign of possible Antisocial Personality Disorder? I could well be wrong, of course; but loving to fight sounds like something I expect to see in jails, prisons, and the lower-rent dive bars.
