I used to think of them as decent but misguided human beings, but they all complete crap at this point. Lowest form of rodents.
-They call us racist for wanting our borders enforced, a basic responisbility of any government, and something that every citizen is subjected to at the airport.
-The call us fascists when it is their crazed supporter who shot the majority whip, their crazed supporters who riot in the streets in black masks, their followers who are trying to end free speech on campus and elsewhere, and their party that has colluded with newsmakers to rig polls and debates.
-They insist Trump is evil for giving us a huge tax cut. Meanwhile their last guy permantly ****ed up our healthcare. So we are evil for wanting more control of our lives?
-They call us racist, but their party put up the statues that they now want torn down. All more a part of their plot to balkanize us all and gather the biggest pieces into some kind of bare, hateful majority.
- Their idea of equality is affirmative action. Their idea of women's rights is detroying any man that any woman accuses, except of couse Bill Clinton's rape victims.
- They gave North Korea nuclear capacity and bankrolled Iran's terrorism, and called Trump evil for his consequential attempt to fix these situations.
-They tolerate, and even encourage intellectual theft and tarrifs from China, while decrying Trump's ability to right that ship.
-They insist that America is with them on abortion while they in fact defended partial birth abortion, which Americans univerally view as barbaric, until the very end when the GOP managed to abolish it. Despite the fact that most America despises third term abortion, they again claim the moral highground.
-The wave flags of Mexico alongside signs that say "not my president," (well, no, he wouldn't be, would he?)
-DNC operatives have been caught admitting that they send supporters to Trump rallies to instigate violence, film retaliation, and blame Trump.
-Their leader has openly urged illegals to vote, assuring them that no one will know.
-A producer form their scond favorite news network admitted that their stories are 90% bull****."
-They have destroyed this co****ry with a pointless and fruitless investigation into collusion that we all know did not happen. They recruited now disgraced FBI agents into that cause, abused FISA warrents, and illegally targeted, surveilled and unmasked American citizens.
And on, and on. They are sick, brainwashed, violent perverts, or, at the very least, enthusiastically support sick, violent perverts.
A lot of us are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Trump and his enablers? Horrible people who don't seem to have a problem with racism, general mistreatment of people, lies, greed and lawlessness.
Democrats? Even worse. Socialists who hate white men and generally hate people who work to improve their lot and who play by the rules; Democrats seem to think that people are all completely pathetic beings who can't do much more than lie on the sofa all day, and thus government should provide everything.
We're doomed. I wish that the US had a vastly different political system; maybe a parliamentary system instead of a presidential one, maybe a nonpartisan head of state; maybe a significantly decentralized one; or something else, as the current one is intolerable.
If we get to the point where we think of the political opposition as true enemies, we’re doing exactly what our true enemies are goading us to do. They want to tear us apart and have America withdraw from the world scene. Let’s not fall for it.

wrong, there is an extreme left, and they DO wield power in the democrat party. and yes hillary/obama ARE part of the extreme left. they only appear to be more moderate to try and win elections. you saw the extreme left on display during the kavanaugh hearings when the democrats used every tool in their bag to try an stop the nomination of kavanaugh, to the point of actually slandering the man, and causing harm to his family.
The number of people who identify as Independent/ unaffiliated grows each year and is now the majority.
Who knows? Maybe one day the only folk who continue to identify by party, might be the extremists.
I picked "countrymen," meaning fellow citizens.
However, I do not have strong sympathies for either party, and no longer register as a member of any party. I live in retirement in a foreign country and no longer vote in U.S. elections as I feel that I should not be casting votes deciding how younger Americans will live and what kind of country they will live in.
