It helps process things when we boil it all down to one simple emotion, doesn't it?

Joe eats chicken and not beef, 'cause he 'hates' beef.

Agnes drives Chevy and not Cadillac because she 'hates' Cadillac.

The Willis family vacations on the seashore and not in the mountains because they 'hate' the mountains.

Makes perfect sense, doesn't it?

Many presidents/people make promises that they may not be able to keep but because it's Trump, oh the horror! Grow up!
Are you seriously willing to wait for what happens down the road?

That's a big risk.

As a fiscal conservative I can't accept that kind of policy from any President.

It seems you are willing to compromise key fiscal conservative principles to justify your support of Trump.

Not me.

I'd say it's partially why he got elected.

Could be argued Obama was elected for Obamacare - how dare Republicans object?

See how that works?>

Why don't you look at the facts? A border wall is impractical and will cost more money than the government should spend.

1. The government would have to take a lot of property using eminent domain which is very unpopular with land owners.

2. The wall would be a disruption to the environment and habitats of many animals. The seasonal ebbing of the Colorado and Rio Grande Rivers would mean you would need to allow water to flow out without letting people in.The terrain not always hospitable or conducive to large-scale construction in any case.

3. There are 35 border cities with 45 crossing points along the border. More than 12 million people live along the border.

4. The cost would likely be more than 25 million dollars and Mexico will not pay for it. The American Taxpayer would have to cough up the money.

5. Every Border Patrol agent understands there can never be total control of a border.

6. The US-Mexican border is already well-defended.

7. There is little or no evidence that undocumented immigrants take jobs away from the native-born. Of course, if we wanted to combat the employment issue, we could do so by making employers use e-verify. Cracking down on employers would take care of the problem.

8. The structures now being erected do not meet the definition of a wall used by Trump during his campaign, or by DHS in seeking wall prototypes.

9. Despite the claims, tunneling under these walls *or* climbing over them will happen.

Yet the Democrats say if you object to illegal immigration, amnesty and want a secure border with a wall the right is accused of "hate". You guys own it!

Wrong on all accounts. First off illegal aliens cost us over $100 billion a year vs a $25 billion wall and I have posted numerous links proving that the good walls do work. So your wrong about both the costs and the effectiveness of the good walls.

1. Those who don't want a wall on their properties can just deal with the drug cartels, illegal aliens etc. that would then just funnel through there properties. They'd will screaming for a wall in no time.

2. Did the Great Wall of China disrupt the environment and animal life? Should we be more concerned about animal life than the security and safety of human life? There is no wall proposed to build on difficult terrain it's for the most porous areas of our border.

3. We will always have legal ports of entry so I'm not understanding your point here.

4. See my opening remarks and Trump has a plan to make Mexico pay for it but if you can't see the tax savings on the wall over what illegal immigration costs us then you must have failed at math.

5. Oh, I see so unless we can stop illegal immigration 100% we shouldn't try to stop as many as we can?

6. If our southern border were truly secure we wouldn't have 11 million illegal aliens here with more coming every day.

7. No such thing as an undocumented immigrant they are illegal aliens and if they aren't taking American jobs then whose jobs are they taking? They have flooded the construction and landscaping industries just for starters. Jobs that use to pay a fair wage to an American. Trump and the Republicans have been trying to pass e-verify for years now but the Democrats block it. Trump has it in his 2019 budget.

8. Congress would not allow Trump to build the good concrete double walls that were already approved by them back in 2006 with the funds they have allotted him so far. They would only approve upgraded fencing and it was a mere pittance of what he needed to secure the border.

9. Despite your erroneous claims the good double walls can't be tunneled under nor scaled over. The last person who tried broke both legs trying and we do have tunnel sensors.

I love debunking you people with the facts.
