State where the US Constitution mandates that the Fed Gov must provide welfare in the form of public assistance benefits to persons. We'll wait...
Lets try this one more time.
Reducing number of poor & unwanted kids is a good example of something the government can do with minimal investment where the general welfare of US as whole (Section 8 US Constitution) is vastly improved. Flooding the nation with millions of such welfare kids is not something the nation would benefit from.
You oppose this for whatever reason, and so be it.
I believe it would make US a more perfect union. Less crime, less people dependent on welfare, less poverty, less unemployment etc.
The condoms are there for the taking.
Nationwide. Blue states, red states, urban areas, and small towns.
How are you going to make people more responsible? Many people are not responsible, and the rest of us have to pay for their mistakes. I prefer to do solve the problem, while "informedconsent" is hell bent on making it worse.
Those unwanted kids end up in gangs, where they commit crimes, and end up in prisons and guess who pay the price?

You are advocating free birth control.
My assertion is that there already IS free birth control, one just has to reach out and ask for it.
It's easier to get free condoms than it is to get free birth control pills.
