So, the state with the highest uninsured population in the USA....that won't even do e-verify to get rid of other "illegal stuff" now declared that Health Care for OUR OWN citizens is unconstitutional???
Truly Amazing. Texas is going to turn blue sooner than I thought....
You should learn a little bit about how our Federal Courts work and nobody declared healthcare is unconstitutional, it ruled against Obamacare which is nothing more than an insurance plan paid for by tax dollars. Where did you people get these subpar educations?

Insurance is not healthcare, the same as promote does not mean provide.
Slavery and Indenture hijacked the principles of the Declaration.... and white men claimed the Constitution was only for them.
Thus creating generations of "disenfranchisement of millions".... the wealthy seized the power!!! along with land grabs...and left many facing the horrors of such megalomania of the wealthy.
The government by and through its congress developed programs to create safety nets for people, because it could not seize the wealth from those who conspired against the disenfranchised.
History has it all documented........
And that has what to do with people paying for other people’s stuff? You pontificate a lot but say very little.
Just wish the conservatives here had the guts to simply say that if you are poor, your economic input is not sufficient to warrant significant medical care/insurance.

True, but if you don't have insurance and need any services outside of a basic annual visit, then you effectively have no health care in the United States. I work in healthcare and I know I don't work for free and don't fill my gas tank with holiday cheer. My average billing is in excess of 500 dollars per visit with just an exam, labs, and in-house x-rays, and that doesn't cover any actual procedures, medications, devices I order, or rehab needed. I have met very few patients that could pay for a specialist care out of pocket and none were in the middle or upper middle class so good luck.
As I predicted all along, Obamacare has been struck down as an UNCONSTITUTIONAL disaster! Now Congress must pass a STRONG law that provides GREAT healthcare and protects pre-existing conditions. Mitch and Nancy, get it done!
ObamaCare was not struck down as unconstitutional. In fact, Obamacare (ACA) has come up before the courts many times, including the Supreme Court, and not been ruled unconstitutional.
What the judge ruled this time was that, since the Congress last year changed one aspect of the law, the entire thing is no longer valid. Basically saying that, without the fine to enforce the individual mandate, it is no longer "ObamaCare".

You are passing the blame.
It is not your healthcare we are discussing. It is what pyramid scheme will work for you, in the big gamble.
Put insurance on the back side where it started out and let you deal with your doctor in your best interest.
The best interest of insurance is to make money. Not your healthcare.
What if you are the only doctor in town. The banker that just foreclosed on your sisters house, and the next day, breaks his leg..... Can you seriously force the doctor to treat the banker? Throwing him in jail leaves you no doctor at all in the town.
What a crossroads to be at. Deciding if healthcare is a right.

If you don't understand what slavery and indenture is, that's on you. It is using others to pay for other people stuff.
Guess it was fine as long as it was poor whites and working poor whites within indenture and under slavery to pay for other peoples stuff as long as it benefited the historical premise of white man as being the beneficiaries of such. We know they were because women were not considered as person, had no voice in voting, and poor whites and working poor whites had their votes dictated to them by the wealthy white men who controlled business, industry and the political positions.
I'll let you deal with what ever suits your opinion.
