this investigation was merged into the mueller investigation so hopefully we'll see the results when the final report is released ( unless giuliani "corrects" it ).

if there's reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing then i'm glad my tax dollars are funding investigations. hopefully a good chunk of those costs can be recouped if the person is found guilty. as far as the mueller investigation goes, they're currently in the black by a large margin thanks to the fines against manafort and cohen.

This is a coup attempt, plain and simple. Some FBI agents are "alarmed" that the President exercises his prerogative to make changes after being elected, and take it on themselves to retaliate?

Something is rotten not in Denmark but in DC?

and yet this week paul manafort's legal team, in poorly redacted court filings, admitted that the trump campaign was working directly with russians ( or pro-russian ukranians with ties to russian intelligence to be exact ).
And this is must my own perception about that miscue on his attorneys' part--
I know that attorneys are required to provide a vigorous defence for their clients
But maybe Manafort has had some difficulty coming up with their fees since majority of his assets are confiscated for fines and back taxes, etc...
Maybe someone on that defense team is tired of protecting a Russian operative who has likely lied to his own attorneys and made them out to be dupes--
So maybe someone on that team just decided America needed to know how bad Manafort's actions had been and that this was not a "witch hunt" a la Trump's Tweets...
That Manafort really is a nasty piece of offal who worked against the best interests of America in dealing special info to the Russians...

Maybe this was not just a mistake--but a mistake with a purpose---

If so--thanks to whomever used such a poorly redacted copy of legal documents that it was possible to read the obscured info...

Anyone see the movie "Hidden Figures" where Taraji Henson working for NASA and w/o a "security clearance" just holds all the reacted info up to the light and gets all the info she needs???
I did and this certainly seems to be a similar moment...

The FBI has a credibility problem and that is sad considering that the majority of agents are good hardworking people.
Anything they find is likely to end up before a judge so the credibility of whatever they find will face a test.

If this is true....and can be backed up with documented facts and evidence...then it is game over. This will be indefensible even for Fox News who to their credit have strong critics of this President. The die hard Trump base will be on board with the president until the ship goes down. They will probably blame it on the "deep state" which is just another term for "Law and Order" for the rest of us.

IF this is true??

The Russian Meme is dead. It's just deranged Democrats now.
Because it is fact? The walls are closing in on him and you know it. It's not a lie like the rhetoric Individual 1 speaks every day.
It seems to make you uncomfortable. But it makes most of America uncomfortable that we have a treasonous president that will sell his soul to Russia and Saudi Arabia in exchange for votes and money.

how is Trump not a Russian Agent? He may not know it and be a useful idiot, he may not know what he is doing in public is a crime against America.

Trump Bars U.S. Press, but Not Russia’s, at Meeting With Russian Officials

May 10, 2017
WASHINGTON — When President Trump met with top Russian officials in the Oval Office on Wednesday, White House officials barred reporters from witnessing the moment. They apparently preferred to block coverage of the awkwardly timed visit as questions swirled about whether the president had dismissed his F.B.I. director in part to squelch the investigation into possible ties between his campaign and Moscow.

But the Russians, who have a largely state-run media, brought their own press contingent in the form of an official photographer. They quickly filled the vacuum with their own pictures of the meeting with Mr. Trump, Sergey V. Lavrov, the Russian foreign minister, and Sergey I. Kislyak, Moscow’s ambassador to the United States.

The lame stream media creates a smear and counts on the collective to spread it. Who is Chief Spreading Bull ?
Try again. The media only published Individual 1 aides and people in his administration, not him YET. People know Individual 1 lets his minions do all his dirty work for him including his shady dealings with his hotels and charities.

There are many redactions in court filings so Mueller knows. He is building his case like Legos, slow but accurate.
