That's not a health care plan. You have to actually have a plan. Trump and the GOP don't, and they've had plenty of time to write one.

The judge saw through his agenda. The judge made it very clear.

Implementing association health plans available outside the ACA was framed by the president as an affordable, and necessary, approach to help save people from the “nightmare of Obamacare.” But Bates saw the rule differently, describing it, as well as the Labor Department’s interpretation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, as “absurd.” Known as ERISA, the 1974 legislation is considered the blueprint for how employer-sponsored health plans have covered millions.

He doesn't even have to do either. The GOP can come up with a different plan and pass it. They are unable to.

He can't even get the great plan he had that everyone would love that he told us all about on paper let alone passed.

Most people are satisfied with the ACA. The ACA is also profitable.
