Good for you. If I was in an industry which is price fixed at 6% on very large ticket items, I would be doing great too. Driving around showing people empty houses a dozen times is not hard work. If you want to claim hard work, try working in concrete.
I was in the Glass business for 20 years and built 45 Glass companies before we sold them.
RE not hard work? Must be why 85% of the people who enter the Business don't even last 3-5 years.
You need better arguments. We've all had difficult / crappy jobs like working in Concrete. I decided I wanted something better so I put myself through school, became self employed, built quite a few businesses and have been my own boss now for the last 40+ years.
American Capitalism and hard work is amazing. That's why over a million people will cross our borders illegally this year for a piece of that dream.
Just because you do not have the capacity to understand does not mean that it is not true.

After losing a good job in the Obama recession, I had to step back into my backup career because there's a lot more jobs there than in my current field.
But I'm finally getting back into a more technically orientation position that pays approximately $20k more per year and starts with 3 times the vacation time that I currently have, among other benefits.
Don't be jelly..... opportunity is back.
Go take advantage of it.
You two doubling down on on fantastic proclamations doesn’t make them any more believable.

That "Obama" recession" started in 2007, Who was president then??

Well, I might agree that real estate agents don't typically perform physically hard work, I know many that work 7 days a week, 12 or more hours a day....that is typically what is required to be really successful. You are misguided if you think agents only drive around in cars!. If one has issues performing physically hard work (and I respect those that do this type of work), get a skill set that allows you to do something else...complaining won't help!
What type of job do you have? The economy has not been good to you recently?
My personal fortunes don’t rise or fall based on the occupant of the White House. I’m doing okay, but then I’m always doing okay. I’m not knocking it out of the ballpark, but I get on base pretty regularly. That’s my life, and I’m happy with it.
It’s just cracking me up that everyone is claiming to be hitting the big time only AFTER Trump became president. What are they gonna do when he’s gone? Starve?
When it comes to my personal economic situation, I don’t care about who is in Washington. Makes me no differences relative to my own employment or financial status.
I only believe in trickle. Steal more money from the rich to give to the poor, that is a great investment and makes total sense. The poor are just oppressed and undoubtedly have more smarts than the rich.
