Some folks are jumping to conclusions and making a mountain out of a mole hill.
After being behind the 8 ball recently on a bogus weapons charge the guy will have no choice but to lawyer up and he won't be getting those thousands of dollars back just like I didn't. I won but still got screwed all because the LE guy and DA wouldn't let it go even with plenty of evidence.

It seems pretty likely he can not lawyer up. He will have to get a public defender who will get him to plea to something.

Where is the NRA?

I once pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge after the lawyer told me I could pay him 100 with a 800 fine or pay him 2k to get me off. You donít come out ok when you are charged with a crime.

Now if he already has a criminal record, that changes things a bit.

We’re old, buddy.

Like my dad said when he was 55. I’m not middle age you don’t see too many people that are 110.

A person who never committed a crime and now going to jail, having to spend a very limited fortune on a lawyer is not everyone's idea of a walk in the park. more like scared to near death and now broke.

Ho hum, nothing to it, for a prosecutor, lifetime of nightmares for the innocent victim.

Liberals...oh all he ahs to do is go to court.... yeah, right!
