What law allows dying people to be deprived medical care?
Last I checked, hospitals were required to treat people.
Let me guess, you don't know the difference between health insurance and healthcare.
Yeah but see, the problem is that people are unable pay for healthcare. I know you conservatives like to pretend that's not true but this thread alone proves that you guys simply do no live in the real world or at least have no understanding of it.
And as I have pointed out to many, including my coworkers, when you get something serious enough you can't keep working, you'll lose that insurance too. It's a terrible system.
Thanks to the ACA, you can now buy your own healthcare insurance at affordable rates.
If someone chooses to be poor? Do you really believe poverty is a choice? That people want to be poor and make the decision to be so?
Yes! In America, anyone can succeed if they make the effort and live by commonsense.
People are trapped in poverty by their own really bad and stupid life decisions... like not putting an effort into their grade school studies, not acquiring a desirable job skill, making babies before they have a career and a long term stable healthy relationship... not learning English... not knowing how to act, dress and speak professionally.
And no, a job at a fast food restaurant should not pay a living wage.
Nobody forced these people to not take care of themselves, to smoke, drink, gulp big gulps, drop out of school, and be lazy. Medicaid should be eliminated altogether, not expanded. If one chooses to be poor, so be it. Not our fault.
If commercials can tout these products safe for consumption the corps should pay for their lies.
Maybe the U.S. should have a limit of babies being born so we can keep our population under control and everyone can have a DECENT job and income. A lot of us would not have been born, huh...too bad we can't control the WHOLE world population.
or who has babies. what you are referring to isn't a bad idea.

Yes, these sorts of Big Brother programs are NOT authorized under the Constitution, and are responsible for he bloating, in large part, of the budged, deficit and debt.
