Easy question. Nope. Never. I wasn't around for any of the prior 35 presidents, but he's shown over and over to be pretty incompetent/moronic/cringeworthy.

There may have been others who were incompetent but they weren't exposed as much as this one is because there wasn't the 24-hr news cycle, the social media, etc. He's scrutinized for everything stupid he says (or tweets) - but that's really his own fault for laying himself out like that.

He definitely is all over the place - it's really hard to keep up w/ the issues that he's responsible for ---just in one day. He's throwing out all kinds of distractions. And get this, not a word about collusion/obstruction for weeks - looks like he's in the clear of that for awhile.

The distraction is from the news that came out this week about melting glaciers in Greenland. Painfully obvious. Does anyone honestly believe he wants to buy Greenland? He’s manipulating google search results real time.

that's exactly what got him thinking ---he's copying his hero Putin -- Greenland is Trump's Ukraine.

That is his modus operandi, when the heat starts coming down on him in one area, he creates some diversion by doing, or saying, something so off the wall we tend to forget about the first issue. Trouble is, people learned that little scam of his a long time ago, so it doesn't work any more.

He jumps from subject to subject, one day it is the economy, next it is the wall, next it is Hillary, etc, etc. How, and why, people are not totally fed up with this clown already is beyond me.

Yeah. He’s. Real genius.

End sarcasm

But those discussions are for adults. Trump the man baby is out of his league here. Give Trump a pacifier. It would benefit all of us.
Those discussions are the traditional euro response to issues needing immediate attention. Schedule a meeting in Bruges, 6 months from today, and issue a declaration of righteous indignation....hopefully the crisis will then be over or we can punt to the US to resolve it.

Trump is showing the laconic, pretentious global leadership for what it is.... a do nothing provincial oriented group that allows problems to fester. Endless talk is their flight or fight alternative which they hope lulls everyone to sleep. Globally we see nothing but place holder leaders. Vision and action are alien to a continent overseeing a dark ages museum.

That's the real question - anyone with a brain figured Trump out a long time ago. No different than any other huckster. We've all had to deal with them at some point in our lives. Once you figure out their shtick, you ignore them.

The real surprise is that there is some portion of our electorate that either haven't figured out that Trump is using them and manipulating them - or that simply don't care. This is more about psychology than politics.

Just another Trump lie...he'd do it in a heartbeat. The world knows Trump is a liar! The only people who refuse to acknowledge the untrustworthiness of the President of the United States are his American worshipers aka his base.
