The supreme court has already said the "commerce clause" all of a sudden justifies anything the court wants it to. So basically if you have a lemonade stand you are supposedly engaging in interstate commerce regulated by the federal government and operating a private "public accommodation" and have to publicly accommodate even illegal aliens running off your customers.

We got it the 4th time, but that doesn't mean the Act is constitutional or as moral and ethical as it might seem.
Thanks for at-least not hiding it..

I understand the cynicism, truly, I do. But who’s challenging that?

And being "Big Man Running a Business" doesn't mean you get to do whatever you want. Your business can be shut down, in some cases, you can be thrown in prison if you don't follow laws and regulations. Its' kind of funny to see all these business owners huff and puff with all this self importance has no justification whatsoever.

Sure, you can keep complaining about it, but you still have to follow the law.
Since when has federal law been equally applied and enforced? You keep repeating yourself "it's the law" when no one has disputed that point.

It was challenged and that was basically the answer "commerce clause".

Honestly, the CRA is just a tip of the iceberg of the real problem of government policy turning America from what is was into something in between Brazil and china.

Hide what?

The CRA is an immoral and illogical edict...even by the government's standards...so that's saying something.

What’s your prescription for an answer if I handed you a magic wand?

And it's not equally enforced, but who really thought that was ever the intent to enforce it as written and not as intended?

It's unable to be enforced because it has no logical template to proceed from.

To allow people to separate into fully independent and autonomous jurisdictions. In theory we could turn the 50 states into 50 nations or more, not that is my proposal.

I would even settle for removals of illegal aliens and real enforcement and to end mass, global immigration. Let the population melt into the "melting pot" for several decades maybe several 100 years. Some groups are never going to melt, that's long obvious.
