No doubt in privileged transcripts of WH staff meetings. Not released. It's Trump who's under investigation here not Biden with this but a deflection.

We can only look to: what Porochenko said, what Biden said, what Shokin said in the RudyG-supplied affidavit (and he's the guy who got fired), what US embassy officials said to reporters.

For once in this messy record there's agreement or at least no discernible disagreement.

(1) A US determination with the policy to remove Shokin agreed to by the US - EU - IMF (suggesting extensive communications where you'll find your proof of the sequence)

(2) The original suggestion to tie the removal to the $1 billion loan guarantee came from US State

(3) Those on the ground that day (Porochenko, Biden, Shokin) during the 6-hour standoff referenced Obama as the ultimate authority. Not Biden. Biden had no ability to force Porochenko compliance - and Porochenko tried to call a bluff - without turn to Obama's authority.

Where's RudyG's proof? After all he's the one making the allegations. My only point is that based on what we can see he blowing air. The Shokin affidavit that he uses for other purposes actually hurts him here.

With the Transcript release, the leaker, turned so called whistle blower to save his ass, is now mute.

Guilty before being proven innocent, is a flip from Democrats past.
The party has left many freedom loving Americans.
It's the completely proofless Kavanaugh allegations, all over again. WHY do Dems believe in guilty until proven innocent? That's a grotesque inversion of the US Justice System.

Trump knew of the complaint back in August, that is why he released the transcript. The counsel for the CIA let him know about the issues being raised from the July 25th telcon. He wasn't being transparent, he was just getting ahead of the story so he didn't appear to be hiding something.

I posted the affidavits from the Ukraine officials. All this stuff was reported in the NY Times in 2015. Holder, nor Lynch would bite. They turned a blind eye, even after the Ukraine reached out to our DOJ, when it happened. The Atlantic Council & Blackwater have a lot of pull in the globalist circles.

It SHOULD be Biden. Biden's extortion of the Ukraine into firing the prosecutor investigating Burisma should be investigated. Trump's actions are legit. He's the head of the Executive Branch (under which falls the DOJ, FBI, etc.) and he was acting under authority of the Treaty with the Ukraine Bill Clinton signed into effect.

The whistle blower wants to meet with congress, the complaint certainly has meaning Trump just confirmed the complaint with his release of the transcript.

Nope. That would be Adam Schiff. Why does Adam Schiff know who the Leaker is, if it is suppose to be under anonymous "whistle blower" status? How does that happen?

WHY did Trump say that Biden was guilty without evidence ... Trump at least will get a trial (should it proceed to the Senate).

Digging up dirt on political opponents was not part of the treaty, its criminal matters. The reasons why Shokin was removed is are well documented, you just want to believe it was a conspiracy. Why did Trump state that Shokin was a good prosecutor, where did he get that gem. Even Trumps ex-Homeland Security expert Bossert criticized the presidents actions.
