Posters, please note, as well as dear chucksnee, that once again the question has been answered, by those of us who have previously provided the same, in several other threads. See # 136 and 137, this thread as examples of 2 of us, out of many, who have provided the simple truth.

Posting the truth in this forum as well as speaking truth to power and abuse of power, anywhere, is an American's duty. Glad to be a part of this service, chucksknee.

Oh gosh, just in case you missed it, chucksnee:

The solicitation of a foreign national or government to help a campaign IS a crime. All you have to do is ASK and it is a crime. The law is that foreign nationals are not allowed to participate in our elections and that includes campaigns.

For impeachment no quid pro quo is required. This kind of corruption that sullies the interest of the United States based on the President's own political campaign is a classic high crime and misdemeanor and exactly the kind of abuse of office that the framers had in mind when they gave the House the power to impeach and the Senate the power to remove.

The only question is, are there going to be 20 Republican Senators who are concerned enough about national security to do the right thing for this country

So now that this has been linked to you, we should never again see you asking for it to be linked to you. Right? Right?

Well, then where are the articles of impeachment, since you seem to be a armchair warrior?

But thanks for stupidly proving nothing, armchair lawyer....But continue...right? Right?

If they come, they will come AFTER the investigation is complete, another fact you have been told 10 or 20 times but conveniently seem to forget.

The Articles of impeachment are being build everyday with Trumps help.
Abuse of power, obstruction, and others will be added.

The list can get very long.

No, you think you answered the question....post 136 and 137 were after my question....and what you think were answers in any other threads...well there is a reason there are questions, because your thoughts are not law.....

BUT, lets say you are correct, it should be a SLAM dunk for pelosi to have an official impeachment started, yes?

Well, where is the vote? If you have this much damming evidence....have the vote and impeach trump....

Wait, let me guess, pelosi needs to make sure her ducks are in a row? Maybe you guys need to kick the door in of pelosi and say, here is the law...take the vote now....and impeach....slam dunk, right?

Since you are just repeating yourself now, I will repeat myself:

If they impeachment charges come, they will come AFTER the investigation is complete, another fact you have been told 10 or 20 times but conveniently seem to forget.

No, the official impeachment inquiry started roughly 2 weeks ago, this too has been told to you yet you are somehow unable to remember. Yes, "talk about stupid" indeed.

And I'll ask again, why does it now take an investigation, whereas you already had 2+ years....now you're really going to get him....

Because that is how it works.

Impeachment
Step 1 > Inquiry
Step 2 > Draft articles of impeachment
Step 3 > House vote
Step 4 > Senate Trial

We started step one approximately 2 weeks ago. Keep your pants on, this is going MUCH faster than the Clinton impeachment inquiry.
