When she gets more "woke," she will be saddened every day by what she has done...that is the case with the women I know that have committed an abortion (I'm not allowed to call what abortion is on CD)
I'm a Dem and have met quite a few that use abortion as birth control which to me is wrong. One thing if you've been raped, your health is in jeopardy or the baby will not live a fruitful life - quite another when you ask a 14 yr old if there is a chance she's pregnant and they tell you - nope - had my 3rd abortion last week.
The "abortion as birth control" argument is so 1990s. It wasn't true then and it's not now.
No one likes abortion more than Republicans. It is the hen laying golden political eggs. Without it they would lose so many votes they'd never win an election again. This is why they never try to ban abortion, even when they have full control.
Isn't it interesting? Roe v Wade was 1973. Some states had legal abortion before then. Yet all these years after the Republicans worked out a coalition with evangelical Christians (whom had felt disenfranchised by both parties beforehand) Roe v Wade still stands. Fascinating.
Who is for abortion other than a woman wanting one?
And the man runs off, free as a bird. (sometimes.) When are men going to take responsibility for their deeds?? Parents, talk to your boys. Can't have a child, without the male. Don't put all the blame on our females.
Using abortion as birth control is so wrong, when there are other forms of birth control, for example, abstaining. Or knowledge. Lets get real.
I am not wrong. Certainly people are hypocrites. What I am speaking of is the position of the religions leaders and there impact on abortion laws. Do some research. It was not until the 1970s that evangelicans started to move pro-life.
And no I am not a catholic at least not a practicing one.

And then there are all the women I know, including myself, who are not saddened about our abortions.
