In the end, we were able to debunk each of these assertions with hard evidence and a healthy dose of common sense. "City Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning has a cleaning contract with New York's MTA as well as the Israeli and Iraqi consulates and other sensitive government connected agencies. Why is Suter, an ex-terror suspect, connected to a business in the US that employ Israeli illegals in sensitive areas?
In 2008, Suter registered a business in upstate NY called 24/7 Anyday LLC. This was simultaneously listed as a carpet cleaning company and a locksmith, in spite of the fact that the "office" was nothing more than a UPS mail drop. Could 24/7 Anyday be a smug reference to a future terror attack, akin to wife Ornit Suter's revenge rant?"

forbes was debunked years ago..it was a NETWORK power down on HIS floor
1. one weekend wouldnt be enough to wire 1 floor let alone 267 floors
2. Wow was open during this alledge power down
3. the observation deck was open too
4. there was a CONCERT in the plaza below the towers.. poeple would have noticed if half the towers were blacked out((( there was a public free outdoor festival at 7:00 pm on 9/8/2001 in the World Trade Center Plaza between the two buildings (New York Times, September 7, 2001, E-3), featuring the Twyla Tharp dance troupe. So if there was a power down and massive preparation for building demolition, it would've been in the midst of this public event.)))

I've heard this all before. What reason would our government have in destroying the twin towers? and How do you know two of the pillars had minor damage? and we dont know what kind of weapons the terrorists had, nor did we know how long they were planning this, for all we know, they could have planted a lot of bombs in that time, finally, after events like this people may think they heard something that they didnt.
What reasons? Are you serious? You cannot be serious.
Let's see .... the NY Port Authority (government) owned the buildings and property .... the buildings were filled with asbestos, and an EPA mandate for remediation, the costs of which were astronomical. The buildings themselves were big money losers while being situated on premium real estate, and because of the asbestos ... could not be demolished in a conventional manner ... necessitating a deconstruction rather than demolition ... estimated to cost Billions.
In light of these issues ... the NY Port Authority was still able to find a willing party to sign a 99 year lease on such an albatross? Given that real estate moguls like Silverstein are rarely idiots who walk into total bust deals like this blindly, he had to know what he was getting into ... and one would assume he must have recognized some advantageous financial potential, else he wouldn't have done it. Low and behold, less than 90 days later, in an apparent case of blind luck, or coincidental good fortune, terrorists helped him parlay a 100 Million investment into a 5 Billion bonus .... compliments of Osama Bin Laden and his merry band wielding box cutters? Come on now .... and this is just the beginning of this tall tale.
Factor in the inbuilt pretext for two wars and Trillions in war profits and nationwide security clamp downs .. the creation of a new super government agency called "Homeland Security" .....

and as far as the PANYNJ having trouble getting the towers leased...bull..there was a bidding war. in which silverstein was losing
