The California Supreme Court struck down the ban against same sex marriage & has ruled gays can marry.

California is the second state to allow gay marriage after Massachusetts.

Its amazing that with all the problems our nation is facing right now instead of turning to God we continue to shake our fists at Him. God is not so easily mocked. There is soon coming a time, if it isn't already here, that God will turn His back on America in the same way we have turned our backs on Him.

It's a royal pain to do tax returns for people whose marriages are recognized by their state(s) but not by the fed...so much adjustment, so much room for error.

Rather, it's amazing that with all our problems, so much time is wasted on petty social issues instead of focusing on what really matters.

I disagree. The most important issue is not the economy or the war in Iraq, it is the immoral eating of shellfish!

It is amazing that with all of the problems that our nation is facing that we WASTE so much time, energy and money to decide if fellow human citizens are worthy of fundamental rights guaranteed by equal protection under the Law. God Bless CAlifornia!

Have you ever:

1). Eaten pork.
2). Worn clothes made out of mixed fabrics.
3). Come within 25 feet of a woman menstrating.
4). Eaten shellfish.

I am certain you can answer "yes" to all four. Those are just a few of the things you have done to shake your fist at God.

I am Christian and I'm also gay - what really pisses me off are all the Christians who choose which parts of the Bible to believe. God is love - nothing more. God gave us a "free will". If we had to follow His rules, would wouldn't have a free will now would we?

I don't remember any gods voicing their opinions on this matter. Do you have a soundbyte?
