Media claims Biden's low polling #'s are due to inability to pass bills...agree? (Rush Limbaugh, Congress)

Low poll numbers are because of inflation, the economy, gas prices, the illegal drugs and immigrants flooding the southern border, vaccine mandate. (although illegals coming in are not vetted nor vaccinated), high crime and liberal DA's letting criminals back into society, homeless and mentally ill that were taken out of hospitals and facilities and allowed to make their own way in the world, being in bed with the teacher's union, windmills and electric cars, which are not recyclable, ....gosh the list goes on and on.
Simpler answer would be because he and Harris have done nothing but destroy the American way of life.
I've read Hundreds of times that Biden's polling #'s are low because of his inability to get bills passed such as:
-Trillions more in spending
-Voting rights bill
-Fillibuster
-Stacking the Supreme Court
-Vaccine mandates
I'm asking this question primarily of Democrats. Is this true? Do you approve of Biden less because he has been unable to get these bills passed?
I have not seen any evidence to support these media's claims, have you? If so, please share.

When they tell you what they are, believe them. Brandon has been a corrupt, lying, incompetent with a 40 plus year record of failure and some fools on the left believe he had good intentions. He has done everything in his power to destroy America and it is only going to get worst the longer he hangs around.
This ridiculous, totally unnecessary voter rights bill he is trying to jam through is the worst possible thing for America, it will assure the dems can continue to cheat and never lose another election, it would soon become a one party system, exactly what the dems want.
