Probably let loose with NO BAIL, and a request to show up for a trial some years down the road.
Good point, bail reform effects Yonkers too and the entire state not just NYC, maybe the crime stats will go up throughout the state like it did in NYC. No wonder so many NY residents want to move out. Thank you Cuomo for ruining our state just to get more votes and in the end you got stabbed in the back by your Democrats!
Mercifully the video didn’t show the attack but how does this woman sustain 125 punches and then getting stomped end up in stable condition in the hospital?
The fox5ny video was bad enough, but to watch the actual assault is beyond horrifying. The perp continued to beat this poor woman relentlessly even while his pants were falling down. What an evil monster.
Meanwhile, DC and NYC are looking for a serial shooter who is targeting the homeless. So far five have been shot, with two fatalities, one in DC and another in NYC.

I did go ahead and find the entire video on YouTube. You can find it searching the offenders name. Bizarre. It appears he is on some kind of zombie drug. At the end it seems he couldn’t quite figure how to open the door to leave in kind of a fog. Warning. You’ll be treated to the vision of his naked fat ass
This attack happened in one of the worse sections in Yonkers, if not THE worst, most Yonkers residents fortunate enough not to live there know to stay out of that neighborhood. MY teenage niece was attacked in that neighborhood several years ago and I yelled at her for going there. 'Hope the Asian woman can fully recover.
