People make false assumptions about other people all the time. Obviously whoever invited him made a poor assumption about his character, and thought he'd be cool with this type of crap.

That is precisely what happens with newbies. The swamp eventually finds a weakness to exploit, & then they own that Congressperson. It might be drugs, money, sex, or all of the above.

I wonder how true this is. It sounds like something right out of a movie script.

I have zero interest in any of this kind of stuff. I'm a pretty boring vanilla guy. Coke fueled orgies are not in the cards for me.
