In this poll it is one or the other. If you would vote for somebody else it doesn't matter here. I won't put an other option as that invites dems into the thread and my aim is to see who wins at this point with conservatives.

I'm saying "DeSantis", because I believe that Trump will support DeSantis at some point. I think Trump is maintaining his "base" to do a handoff to DeSantis, not a forced one like the Dems did to Bernie Sanders, but a calculated plan to "take back America" from the evil that is the liberals/woke that have invaded the Democratic Party. (Truly, I was a Dem until they became an force of evil.)

While I voted twice for Trump, I don't think he could effectively serve as President. His enemies did everything they could to limit his effectiveness during his term, and it is still going on. It would only continue and he would not be able to be productive.

I hope that Trump and Biden both ride off into the sunset. 360 million people in this country and these two clowns are the best we have to offer?

It's frightening to think that Kamala could end up in the presidency.

Same here, I agree 100% and as much as I like Trump I chose Ron DeSantis. Trump will be 78 the same age as when Brandon secured the nomination.

I live in Fl. We need DeSantis here to show other governors how to fight the leftist extremists state by state.

Never voting again, and I think both are just like any other politician. But in that hypothetical world, I would choose DeSantis for one reason:
  • the media-political complex has already reached peak Trump Derangement Madness. More from him doesn't really melt their brains faster. Adding DeSantis to their mental closet filled with boogeymen takes their insanity up a couple notches, and I freaking love watching folks in the media-political complex lose their freaking minds.

If that's the only choice, then DeSantis. But he's starting to seem cut from the same banana Republican cloth.

Nobody ever mentions that it might be BOTH - Trump and Desantis.
Regardless - I would be very, very surprised if they run against each other.
