The fetal cell lines came from two abortions in the 1960s and one abortion the 1980s. That shouldn't be a problem for anyone capable of critical thinking. More information here https://www.chop.edu/centers-program.../fetal-tissues

Living in fear? I almost died from a mosquito borne virus. I didn't need any other stress on my body that week.

They like to claim it’s not being done anymore and it’s only a few that they’re still using decades later but it took dozens to get the ones currently in widespread use and they are constantly doing more and more to keep up with demand for experimental use (not just vaccines, as I’m sure someone will jump on and mention the other things those cell lines are used for).

Idk what you mean by saying “close in” on these posts.

There are risks and benefits to ANY medical procedure. You have no idea on these especially. The “safe and effective” line needs to be removed from use bc neither claim is true for 100% of people. It’s just propaganda. Also, people go into healthcare knowing they might come into contact with some yucky/scary/crazy stuff. It’s part and parcel of being in that line of work. Being mandated to get a vaccine or any medical procedure that goes against your beliefs is another story if you were not subjected to it as a condition of your initial hiring.

See my above reply. I knew this would come up. Typical with the talking points.

And you have no idea what anyone has been exposed to…nurse, doctor, the nutrition staff passing out lunch. The kid who came to visit the patient in the next room who sneezed when walking by your room when your nurse was entering. The guy in the grocery store who used the cart before you the day before you got sick. I could go on and on with what ifs. Stop living in fear of life itself.

What kind of difference do you think it makes to catch COVID from a vaccinated vs unvaccinated individual

Not really. We make a principal and stand by it. Vaccines don’t make a huge difference anyways, especially in regards to every and all respiratory viruses. I know some people will object to this statement (MMR!) but it’s more or less true.

My partner needed to get a Tdap (Tetanus booster) because she’s regularly in the operating theater. Why? Tetanus is not contagious. Should be her personal decision! We’re quite in the dark ages with vaccines. Both over exaggerating their benefits, down playing their harms, and overriding people’s bodily autonomies.
