Last two posts above are spin nation baby, spin it..
How is it spin? Nowhere in US Immigration Law are illegal aliens prohibited from starting and owning businesses in the US. In fact, owning a business is usually viewed as a point in their favor at deportation hearings.
Personally I like "trickle up economics". That's when people who are born into poverty get a good education or learn a marketable skill so they can get a good job and contribute to society instead of being lazy losers blaming all of their problems on rich people while at the same time benefiting from the government programs made possible by the oppressive high taxes that those same rich people pay. That's what I did.

One can't work unless they are here legally. And then they need the proper visa to allow that.
A tourist visa (B2) is not a proper work visa and therefore doesn't allow one to work.
A business visa (B1) is not a proper visa for work either, just to be here for business purposes (convention, buying, etc...)
Ummm, it is capitalism that allows us to choose whether we work 40 hours workweeks or 5 day weeks too.
When I became an independent contractor, that wasn't capitalism choosing for me, that was my high risk tolerance choosing for me. It would be impractical to tell everyone they could do the exact same thing.
rich does not hire illegals,it is the company which they hire to do the work hire subcontractors who hire illegals.
I find it funny though, that many wealthy who own major companies in the USA and claim to be "Republican" also staff the majority of their labor workforce with immigrant workers or at least employees who are on some kind of financial assistance and this in turn keeps wages down for the rich. Why pay Bill a $22/hr living wage when Suzie who is on disability will work at $8/hr? And she has her own health insurance so that's another cost the company doesn't have to worry about.
Requires an army of illegals you mean. A majority of direct work opportunities the wealthy provide are for illegal immigrants. Who by the way are cheap labor and overall are a net drain on the nation.
Wealthy who donate get to claim that on their taxes at an often inflated dollar figure. They actually gain money at tax payers expense and get to have their legacy family name on something big for forever and ever and ever.
You make a lot of claims. Would like to see something to back them up.
