Just wondering if anyone else has noticed that the leaders of this department in schools, corporations, etc all seem to be black. Not sure about the office folks, but I believe it's nearly the same, or another. Doesn't seem diverse at all.
Think of the added cost to corporations, government, etc. There already is affirmative action and hiring quotas. Looks more like virtue signaling
I work for a VERY large corporation and I see emails from the DEI office regularly. Like I posted, you read through this stuff, and it's always written in ways that sound nice, like I mentioned, it's just when you get down to brass tacks, white folks are put at the back of the line and the race being the first thing noticed about a person.
I mean, MLK and the civil right movement was all about judging the individual, now it's all about the check box.
It's like we've gone back 60 years in some ways.
This stuff when put into practices clearly violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
and the goal of the left is to punish. No matter what, under all circumstances, find someone to punish for the perceived or real aggrievement. No need to solve problems. just find someone to blame and hurt.
this is the entire philosophy of the Progressive Left.
Everything about the whole woke agenda is nonsense and contradictory to everything obvious and common sensed based.
It can easily be dismantled, and they know it, it's why they brow beat anyone who challenges the narrative with slurs of racism, bigotry, xenophobia, and now "ableism" as we've seen with Fetterneck during the race.
