NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee’s first-in-the-nation law designed to place strict limits on drag shows is unconstitutional, a federal judge says.
The law is both “unconstitutionally vague and substantially overbroad” and encouraged “discriminatory enforcement,” according to the ruling late Friday by U.S. District Judge Thomas Parker, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump.
“There is no question that obscenity is not protected by the First Amendment. But there is a difference between material that is ‘obscene’ in the vernacular, and material that is ‘obscene’ under the law,” Parker said.
So will this make the activists feel safe so they dont have to make false claims about Aryan Nation trying to attack their Pride parades like they did yesterday?

Nothing worse than slandering the iconic Aryan Nations clan.

Just getting tired of false accusations by people who are afraid of their own shadows.
Time to start locking up those with false accusations wasting police resources

Where's the credible/verified source for these being "false" accusations?
Where is the verified source that they were credible in the first place and not just an attention grabbing stunt?
As usual the chicken littles were screaming the sky was falling AND NOTHING HAPPENED.
Lesson learned: take what these perpetual victims say with a huge grain of salt.
Because these groups have been showing up at drag queen shows and trying to burn down churches. There is some reason to think they might be at this event in Tennessee.

I don't know why you wouldn't want any "nanny state" laws that protect children from "any sort of" adult entertainment. It would be horrible to see parents legally taking their young children into strip clubs, x-rated movie theaters, etc., and unfortunately there would be some parents who would do just that. It is truly sad to know that there are adults championing that to happen. It's a slippery slope, and some people probably think Epstein was a good guy who'd done no wrong.

Think they might is a far cry from what was being claimed.
If this DOJ had proof about a white supremacy group going against the protected alphabet folks for this parade/celebration it would have been on every news outlet in the country. It would have been this administration's wet dream as they think white supremacists are the most dangerous terrorist group
