1. Would that include murderer's and insurrectionists?
2. Anyone can request, but 1/2 the states require a reason and 8 just send them without a request.
3. Mandatory voting... like in North Korea?

Cannot be mandatory, but freely accessed. Even in third world countries make it accessible. We don’t do as well as other countries. Last election was one of the highest on record.

Turnout in U.S. has soared in recent elections but by some measures still trails that of many other countries

are murderers not citizens? The only way you can strip voting rights is by stripping citizenship.
No. Anyone can request. Period.
Mandatory voting... like in Australia, Belgium, Luxembourg.

The fine for not voting in Australia is AUD20 ($13.68). AUD50 ($34.20) if you've done it before.

1) yes on both accounts
2) yes and those restrictions should be removed.
3) there you have a point. I hadn't thought that hard on compulsury voting. No one needs to have that happen. Good post.

Maybe #9 & 10, but a little longer than 2 years.

However, you left out several key things such as not only produce valid state/federal ID, but also have signature matches.
Most importantly no mail in ballots.
If you are going to be out of town when voting occurs, you request an absentee ballot, and everything that is required to be done (i.e. properly marked ballot, in the right envelope, mailed before the deadline, and signature verification confirmed) is done to make it a valid vote.

Lastly, most states do not allow "ballot harvesting", but that should be illegal. This short video covers that and two other things necessary to insure the integrity of our voting system;

one day, one vote in person with identification

voting is the lynch pin for the country's solvency.

Any tactic which gives one or the other party an advantage MUST be outlawed!
