It’s literally the entire premise of this thread.
Biden said he didn’t designate Easter Sunday as Trans Day of Visibility. He said he didn’t do it.
Well that’s true. That’s what I’m been trying to tell you. Easter has never had a designated Sunday. It always changes. Every year is different. It’s either April or May.

Or March, as is happening this year.
You are correct, he proclaimed March 31, Easter is fluid. March 31 is the only constant, there’s always a March 31, but lots of different Easter Sundays.
He did not designate Easter Sunday as Trans Day of Visibility.
March 31 is March 31.
Easter Sunday won’t be March 31 again until 2086.
Just like March 31 2023, March 31 2022, and March 2021, he proclaimed March 31 2024 Transgender Day of Visibility.
He did not proclaim Easter as Trans Day of Visibility.
Easter is not mentioned in the proclamation, because it has nothing whatsoever to do with the day which has been March 31 since 2009.
He was asked if he proclaimed Easter as Transgender Day of Visibility.
He correctly answered that he did not do that.
