Just another reason to vote for Trump in November.

It’s Clown Town when an illegal alien can arrest a native born American citizen for violating the law WHEN their whole existence is based on violating the laws of the United States to be here… Illegally.

I don’t think it goes far enough actually. we need to hire police officers from the Democratic Republic of the Congo to ensure policing is done according to their high standards.

Why would they? These are state and local officers, not federal. The anti-commandeering doctrine provides that state and local officers are not required to enforce federal law...

Not true.

Local/state/county law enforcement can still detain a person suspected of committing a federal crime.

Just like a federal LEO can still detain a shoplifter for committing a state/city crime eventhough there is no “shoplifting” offense under United States Codes

Robbing a bank is actually a federal crime under 18 USC 2113. Does that mean local cops should not respond to silent alarm from a bank or some dudes in ski masks with AK47s holding up a bank?

The HB3751 did not mention anything about green card. It states “individuals who are not citizens, but are legally authorized to work in the US under federal law”

Also, which part of the US government are you talking about? I know for certain that green card holders are not allowed to work in federal law enforcement

The refugees are getting authorizations to work.
USCIS has even stream lined the process and they can apply digitally on their phone
And they are helping them to obtain social security numbers

You should never use a gun/weapon when robbing said banks, you’ll get 15-20 plus years if caught. Not using a gun, only get 5 years. Interesting listening to former bank robbers/criminals talk on YouTube podcasts. My brother is a retired cop and his city ran into a problem a few years ago when a robber entered a bank and “asked” the teller for money. The teller actually gave him money and he left. He never demanded or said give me money. They/feds couldn’t find any laws he actually broke…

So much for well trained police, opportunity to create more complaints against the cops. I see a federal police force on the horizon to combat the false charge of police brutality.
