One thing we need to learn as Americans is what others do around the world is really none of our business. We need to clean up our own backyard first.

Look at the Russians right now invading Georgia. The American govt is the first to condem the Russians and talk crap about them. Maybe this govt forgot what they did and continue to do to Iraq......illegally. Not to mention dozens and dozens of other incidents.
Ron Paul has it right. Stop wasting billions of American tax payers money abroad. Repair the infrastructure in the usa and get self sufficient. America is always the first to send help for overseas disasters and always the first to be criticised.
Most ot the time I agree with you but not with the "China has taught the rest of the world how to do business" They just have a lot of cheap labor and can undercut the rest of the world on pricing...nothing more.

The Chinese were the traders. The Chinese developed the math systems we have today including the decimal systems - they actually invented the first calculators around 1500 BC

Ask black soldiers who have come back from South Korea 2ND division Infantry or Artillery how they are treated, can they go eat at any restaurant they want down South ?
Some places wont serve them and this is now I am not going back decades . South Korean police if called will take care of things .
They are patrolling the DMZ and this is how they are "thanked" (well artillery only goes to DMZ 1 month )
