Please do not call them "screw ups" as it diminishes the extent of the crimes.
These were diabolically planned out fully intentional treasonous acts carried out by Bush while Cheney and Rumsfeld pulled the strings. Their base of Neocons cheered them on every step of the way.

First you have to stop blaming Bill Clinton
and then we can talk about George Bush (who was president until 1 month ago)

When all of the sh*t he is responsible for has been corrected, paid off, and is no longer a threat to the future, hell the continued existence of the USA, at least in any resembles what this country was founded on.

I figure that should be sometime between 2250 and never, as the factual history books are going to be brutally unkind to this fool.

Bush din't pick Obama's cabinet or demand this stimulus bailout get passed. Bush can share blame with Pelosi, Franks and Reid for the financial melt down, but as it gets worse, not better, he can't be blamed.

How long will it take? 100 days, first one year anniversary? One year before end of first term? How long? Really, how long can you milk this before your man has to be answerable on his own? Probably want to blame his hitting his head on helicopter entrance on Bush because the opening was too small.

I'd say about four times as long as the republicans have blamed Clinton for everything from bad breath to waxy yellow buildup.

You can conclude whatever makes you happy and fuzzy-like and more importantly you're proving my point.

Now if you're so inclined, would you like to answer the OP's question?

I believe the OP (that would be you) asked:

"Thought about starting a $1.00 pool for who guesses the closest date when the "O" people will need to stop using the excuse "Bush Administration did it, 'liar', fear monger', 'cause of economic crisis', 'cause of housing crisis', and all of the rest of the woes we are now facing."

How long will it take?"

Answer: It will take as long as the recovery from Bush takes, and that will be measured in years. Exactly how long is impossible to say ... two wars, the worst economy in decades, selective shredding of the Constitution ...... let's put it this way: don't hold your breath.
