To the OP: how long before "Bush was responsible for that...?" It will take just as long as it has for Republicans to stop bringing up Bill Clinton which, you may note, hasn't happened yet. He's been out of office eight years and counting, so you may reliably infer that Dubya's name will be popping up until at least 2017 and possibly beyond.
Then again, according to some, the world is going to end on December 21, 2012, so Bush may get a break there!
Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Gonzales, Rove and a truckload of their cronies are war criminals. They got us where we are today whether or not you care to hear it. They have provided a new administration with an enormous handicap and they still need to answer for their diabolical deeds. If Obama makes any mistakes, he will readily admit it as we have already witnessed. There is a large dump left here from the last adminstration and until there are hearings, indictments and justice the subject will never be off the table...never!
