It's easy to distinguish heroes from those who skated by as military transients to get their college funding or monetary bonus. The latter had just enough exposure to think the military is capable of being another reincarnation of the Third Reich, blowing away its own people by the millions. The former are adults.

Good distinction! Transients kind of like the people who joined and when they found out that actually had to go into battle wanted out saying "I only did this for some extra money and was only supposed to go on the weekends"
