General Sherman's infantry would be mowed down by hordes of AK-47s (the insurgents' weapon of choice) and Molotov cocktails for the troop carriers. Countless tanks defecting as good ol' boys return Uncle Sam's vehicle to its rightful owner, the taxpayer.
