Fuzzy math and a liberal news outlet refusing to correct their false report which was used as propoganda to discredit the GOP.
"A lie can travel around the world while the truth is still putting it's shoes on"... Thanks to the Left Wing Liberal Statist Media Outlets......

Pick your poison / pick your propoganda.....

The founder of the Cap and Trade system, originally estimated the cost to be $215 per family, he finally acknoledged that the math was wrong and that the true cost was over $3,000 per family due to a “boneheaded mistake in an excel spread sheet.”

Newsmax.com - Cap-and-Trade May Cost Households $3,900 a Year (http://www.newsmax.com/insidecover/cap_and_trade_costs/2009/04/22/205908.html - broken link)

I read that part, but the politifact people refused to acknowledge that the misinformation propoganda used to discredit the GOP was inaccurate...
Would not correct the article.... Why should they? Their lies have already served the purpose once again....

I am glad that you are recognizing that we have now arrived at the good-ole-Politburo-style statist media, where all truth is sacrificed to "preserve the system".

What makes me laugh is that the Weekly Standard (a right leaning publication) is using a study by MIT as evidence to make their case in the global warming debate...but at the same time they discredit or ignore dozens of other MIT studies which point to a real problem with the environmental effects of the same problem. Talk about a vicious circle!

So what do you think of the potential costs of cap and trade?

Sorry to burst your bubble but Politifact isn't a left wing organization. They criticize people from both sides of the aisle. See her for example:

PolitiFact | The latest statements we've reviewed

If they got the story wrong, then they should correct it. But that doesn't change the fact that this isn't a case of "left wing misinformation".

Did you notice they repeated the same misinformation in your link? i don't know if they are left or right but they are wrong, repeatedly.
