human nature involves more than just basic animalistic nature.. we do have a higher evolved state in our nature... love, acceptance, touch, compassion, understanding, as well as pleasure..
if a human being with hightened cognative abilities had no exposure to pleasure their whole life.. it would be considered an injustice.. this life is about pain and pleasure..

So again, sounds like you have a miserable sex life if your whole intention is for procreation. Ugh...Don't tell me about procreation..I've got four kids...but I don't think about your rigid standards when I'm with my husband...otherwise we'd had way more (which would suck in our case!)
